PSYCH WARS
A moment for wisdom

Wizards First Rule:
People are stupid

Explanation:
People can be made to believe any lie, either because they want to believe its true, or because they are afraid its true”
Zed from Wizards First Rule (Terry Goodkind)

Counter:
There is no counter.  You must always be vigilant, knowing that you, too, are vulnerable and never arrogantly believe you are immune. Nathan from Stone of Tears (Terry Goodkind)

Wizards Second Rule:
The greatest harm can result from best intentions

Explanation:
Good intentions can encourage the lazy and motivate sound minds to become indolent.  The more help you give the more help they need.  As long as your kindness is open-ended they never gain discipline or self reliance.  Your kindness impoverishes their humanity.

Wizards Third Rule:
Passion rules reason

Explanation:
Often we make decisions based on our emotions instead of through common sense.

Counter:
Think before you act or stay calm at all times.

Wizards Forth Rule:
There is magic in sincere forgiveness

Explanation:
Magic to heal.  In the forgiveness you grant and more so in the forgiveness you receive.
(forgiveness can heal ones soul)

Wizards Fifth Rule:
Mind what people do, not only what they say. Deeds will betray a lie

Wizards Sixth Rule:
Only the sovereign you can allow to rule you is reason.
Reason is he very substance of truth its self.  In rejection reason one embraces death.

War Wizards Precept:
Cut

Explanation:
Once committed to fight, cut.  Everything else is secondary.  Cut.  That is your duty your purpose, your hunger.  There is no rule more important, no commitment that overrides that one.  Cut from the void, not from bewilderment.  Cut the enemy as quickly and directly as possible.  Cut with certainty.  Cut decisively, resolutely.  Cut into his strength.  Flow through the gaps in his guard.  Cut him.  Cut him down utterly.  Don't allow him a breath.  Crush him. Cut him without mercy to the depths of his spirit.  It is the balance of life: death.  It is the dance with death.  Richard (TotW)

Clarification:
Once in battle with an enemy do anything you can to defeat that enemy.

Demons of the mind can only be slain with the sword of desire.
You have to be willing to face them to defeat them.

Reality was created by someone with a sick imagination.

The focused mind can create an illusion. To think clearly; you have to not think; to have energy you must be still; to perform well you just have to do it.  The conscious mind gets in the way.  “ Congito Ergo Nouv Ferio” or I think, therefore I miss.

Remember! Remember the solution!

Remembrance is a Buddhist philosopher's trick.
Rather than asking your mind to search for a solution to a potentially impossible challenge, ask your mind to simply remember it.
The presupposition that one once knew the answer created the mindset that the answer must exist.
Thus eliminating the crippling conception of hopelessness.

Tools.
There are always tools.
Reevaluate you environment.
Relax,
take 3 deep breaths to allow the chronic panic in your mind dissolve.
Let your mind be free.
What makes this situation positive, what are my assets.
